During my recent stay at Hotel West California, I found the environment to be quite tranquil, which was just what I needed for a break from my usual wildlife conservation work in Nairobi. The spa services were a highlight; I enjoyed a full-body massage that helped ease the tension from long days out in the field. The outdoor swimming pool provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding, and I appreciated the chance to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. I also spent some time in the sauna and steam room, which were excellent for a bit of relaxation after my massage. The hotel’s beach area, complete with umbrellas, was a nice addition, making it easy to enjoy some time by the water, albeit I mostly preferred the serenity of the garden and terrace. While the hotel caters to various leisure activities like darts and the swimming pool, I found my greatest pleasure in enjoying the calm ambiance and spa treatments. If you're looking for a laid-back getaway, this place offers a solid option.
